Refer a Founder, Get a Month Free. Refer Six, Get Paid.

You know at least one person who should have an AI cofounder. The friend who's been "about to launch" for a year. The former coworker who just went out on their own. The person in your group chat who keeps asking how you get so much done.
As of today, introducing them pays you back.
Every founder you refer who becomes a paying CoFounder.AI member earns you a $39 credit. On Starter, that's a full month free. Do it five times and you've covered five months. From your sixth paying referral onward, you can take $30 in cash instead — real money, paid straight to your bank.
And your link finally has a home: a Referrals dashboard in Settings that shows every person who came through it, where each one got to, and exactly what you've earned.
Where to find it
Open Settings from the gear icon in the top-right corner of your dashboard, switch to the Account tab, and choose Referrals.

Your personal link sits at the top. It's short, it never expires, and it's yours for as long as you're a member. Hit Copy, or use the one-tap buttons to send it by Email, Text, or post it to LinkedIn.

Or just ask your cofounder
You don't have to open Settings at all. This is Software as a Partner — you have a cofounder, so ask them:
- "What's my referral link?" — in chat or on a call, your cofounder pulls it up and pops a card with the link and a Copy button right on your screen.
- "Text me my referral link." — if you're already texting with your cofounder, it lands in your messages, ready to forward to anyone. (Not texting yet? Add your phone under Settings → Phone & Messaging and send one text. From then on your cofounder can text you the link — or anything else — whenever you ask.)
- "Draft some referral invites." — or tap Have your cofounder draft invites on the Referrals page. Your cofounder looks through your connected inbox for contacts who'd genuinely get something out of an AI cofounder, writes a personal note to each one with your link inside, and hands you the drafts. Nothing sends until you approve it.
You decide who to reach out to. Your cofounder does the writing. That's the whole point of having a partner instead of a tool.
See everyone who used your link
This is the part we're most proud of.
Most referral programs show you a scoreboard — invited, joined, earned — and you can't do anything with a number. Ours shows you the people. Everyone who signed up through your link is listed, not just the ones who paid, along with where each of them got to:
- Signed up — created an account, hasn't started setup
- Setting up — building out their business, stopped partway
- Ready to subscribe — finished setup and is sitting at the paywall
- Paying member — subscribed, and you've earned

When someone you referred is one step from subscribing, the dashboard says so at the top — before it shows you any money. That's deliberate. It's the only line on the screen you can actually change today:
One person you referred is one step from subscribing. They finished setting up their business but haven't subscribed yet. You invited them — a note from you carries more weight than anything we send.
A text from you that says "hey, did you ever finish setting that up?" converts better than any email we could write. The last mile of a referral is a friend following up, and now you can see exactly when to do it.
Names are shortened to a first name and last initial, and emails are masked. The people you refer never agreed to be listed by name on someone else's dashboard, so you'll see enough to recognize the friend you invited — and no more.
How you get paid
The reward ladder is on the dashboard in plain language. Here it is again:
Referrals 1 through 5: a $39 credit each, applied to your next bill the moment they subscribe. On Starter, that's a month of CoFounder.AI free. On Pro or Max, it's $39 off your next bill.
Referral 6 and beyond: your choice. Keep taking the $39 credit, or take $30 in cash. Nobody is moved onto cash automatically, and you can switch back to credit whenever you like.

Why does cash exist at all? Because credit stops meaning anything once you're holding five months of it. By your sixth referral you've already proven you're one of the best things that ever happened to us, and we'd rather pay you real money than watch a stack of credit go stale.
Why is cash the smaller number? Because a credit is money you were going to spend with us anyway, and cash is money that leaves. $30 is what we can pay on every referral, indefinitely, without the program quietly getting worse a year from now. We'd rather publish a number we can keep than a bigger one we'll have to walk back.
Two minutes to set up, and we never see your details
Cash payouts run through Stripe. When you tap Set up cash payouts, Stripe collects your bank details and tax information on its own pages, verifies them, and issues your 1099 directly. We never see any of it and we don't store it. You enter your name, your bank, and accept the terms. That's the whole thing.
Cash is released 35 days after each referred member starts paying. That wait does real work: it confirms the person you referred is a genuine, ongoing member before money leaves the building, which keeps the program honest for everyone who refers in good faith. If they're still with us at day 35, the payout goes out. Your dashboard shows the exact date each one clears.
Go find your first one
You already know who it is. Open Settings → Account → Referrals, copy your link, and send it to them. Or ask your cofounder to text it to you and forward it from your phone.
One paying referral is a free month. Six is a paycheck. And every founder you bring in gets what you already have: starting at $39/mo, an AI cofounder and team of 6 AI specialists that execute across all areas of your business. Cancel anytime.
