Your Site, On Your Own Domain

Your AI team builds you a landing page. Then a booking page. Then a client portal. Until today, all of it lived at an address we picked for you — something like your-company.p1.cfai.to/landing/. Perfectly fine for a preview. Not something you put on a business card.

As of today, your sites live on your domain.

If you already own one — bought from GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, Squarespace, anywhere — you can point it at what your team built in about two minutes, plus however long your registrar takes to publish the change. SSL is included, automatic, and free.

Connect a domain you own

Open a live site in your Dev Shop, hit publish, and choose Connect your own domain.

Type in the domain.

We hand you the exact records to add at your registrar:

Two things worth knowing about that table. The values are read live from the server your sites are actually running on, so they are correct for your project — copy them off your screen, not out of a guide. And that is the only DNS change you will ever make for this.

Add the records at your registrar, come back, and hit check now.

If your registrar hasn't published the change yet, we say so plainly — what the internet currently sees for your domain, next to what we need it to say:

Right now acme.com points to 192.0.2.10 and www to parking.example.com. Once you've added the records above, check below.

No spinner that lies to you. DNS takes anywhere from a minute to a few hours, and that clock belongs to your registrar, not to us — so check again in a bit and get on with your day.

When the records line up, we take it from there. We register your domain on your server, issue a free SSL certificate for it, and wire up www to match.

From that moment: http:// redirects to https://, www.yourdomain.com redirects to yourdomain.com, and the certificate renews itself. You will not think about any of this again.

Every page comes along

A domain belongs to your project, not to one page. So the moment it connects, everything your team has built moves with it:

• Your landing page at acme.com
• Your booking page at acme.com/call/
• Your client portal at acme.com/portal/

You choose which page sits at the front door. The rest keep their own paths under it.

Your original CoFounder address keeps working, too. It's now labeled Preview wherever it appears — a fallback that works no matter what happens at your registrar, and the address our support team will ask you for if you ever need help.

Rename any page's address

Page paths come from how the page was built, which is how founders end up with acme.com/discovery-call-booking/ when what they wanted was acme.com/call/.

Now you just change it. Click the pencil next to any live page's address, type the new one, and press Enter. The page moves, and the old address redirects to the new one — so every link you already sent out keeps working. Nothing gets rebuilt, and nothing goes down.

Or just ask your cofounder

You don't have to open the Dev Shop at all. This is Software as a Partner — you have a cofounder, so ask them:

• "Connect acme.com to my site." — they set it up and give you the exact records to add at your registrar.
• "Is my domain live yet?" — they check the live internet and tell you what it actually says. If it isn't ready, they tell you that instead of guessing.
• "Change the booking page to /call/." — done, redirect included.

The one thing we won't do

We will never touch your DNS.

That's a deliberate choice, not a missing feature. Your domain is one of the few things you own outright as a founder. Your email runs on it. Everything you build next will run on it. Handing any third party the keys to that — us included — is a bigger favor than we think a software company should ask for.

So we tell you exactly what to add, we check it honestly, and the account stays yours. It also means that if you ever want to leave, you repoint your domain and you're gone in five minutes. We'd rather earn the renewal than hold the keys.

What isn't here yet

Buying a domain through us. If you don't own one, you'll see Help me find a domain marked Coming soon. When it ships, your marketing lead will suggest names and check what's available. Until then, buy the name wherever you like and connect it here.

More than three domains per project. Three is the limit for now. If you need more, tell us what you're building first — we'd genuinely like to hear about it.
