Stage work and Today in Founder Focus
Founder Focus now has two tabs. Stage work holds what moves your business to the next stage, with your progress at the top. Today holds the day-to-day: emails to answer, meetings to prep, and follow-ups from your calls and goals.

- The progress bar shows where you stand. In List view, each goal for your stage is marked done, in progress or not started.
- Today is the day-to-day. Your signals feed sits at the top, then follow-ups from your calls, steps toward your goals and emails worth an answer. The count on the tab shows what's waiting.
- Each tab has its own board. Switch to Board and Today keeps its own Done and Deferred columns, so day-to-day cards never crowd your stage work.
