Bring your cofounder into your meetings
Your cofounder can join your Zoom and Google Meet calls as your business partner, not just a notetaker. Send them to a call with a link, let them join from your calendar, and choose how they take part.
La versión corta
- Send them to a call now. In Settings → Meetings, paste a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams link and your cofounder joins it.
- Or let them join from your calendar. Connect your calendar, turn on auto-join, and switch individual meetings on or off. Skip 1:1s, or keep it to calls with outside guests.
- Choose how they take part. Speaks when spoken to answers out loud and raises a hand when it counts. Hand-raise and chat only keeps ideas in the meeting chat. Notes only stays silent and sends the recap after.
- Everyone gets the recap. Decisions and action items go to everyone on the invite after the call.
- Time in meetings counts toward your daily talk time, minute for minute.

Your cofounder can now join your video meetings. Here's how it works.
Open your dashboard and your cofounder asks to join your meetings. Not as a notetaker, but as your business partner. They answer when you ask. They raise a hand when something is worth adding. And everyone gets a recap after. Click Set it up.
Got a call starting now? Paste its Zoom, Google Meet or Teams link here, and your cofounder joins it. Time in meetings counts toward your daily talk time, minute for minute.
Or let them join on their own. With your calendar connected and auto-join on, your cofounder joins the meetings you leave switched on. Skip one-on-ones, or keep it to calls with outside guests.
Then choose how your cofounder takes part. Speaks when spoken to: they answer out loud and raise a hand when it counts. Hand-raise and chat only: ideas go in the meeting chat. Notes only: completely silent, just the recap after.
Meetings is live in your settings now. Set it up before your next call.
